Traditionally, data centers have been constructed in such a way that all infrastructures be located into one centralized location. However, the unique situation of the Philippines has required us to deviate from this industry practice due to the following reasons;

- Unreliable public utilities like Power, Water & Telecommunications

- Adverse weather conditions (typhoons and flooding)

Our approach is to have smaller datacenters scattered all over the metropolis, with each node independent of each other in terms of telecommunication, power and manpower. With our 3 data centers, even during the worst environmental disaster, we can limit our exposure to downtime to a specific area without affecting the rest of the network. And throughout our history, we have proven this time and again by providing high availability as well as redundancy.

Our RAS devices are linked to the fiber backbone of both major telecommunications companies in the country. By connecting directly to their facilities, we can easily increase capacity without problems with the "last mile". Our RAS facility also has it's own diesel generator to allow it to run continiously for 18 hours even during electrical outages that normally render the entire Luzon grid without power.

The demand for video conferencing since September 11 has grown by leaps and bounds. And to cater to these requirements, we have 2 fully multimedia function rooms available for lease. Each facility is equipped with ISDN, as well as IP connectivity connected to our international gateways to assure uncongested bandwidth all throughout the session. We have our own multimedia equipment consisting of projectors, TV monitors and other audio conferencing hardware to meet your needs. Plus we have our own staff on hand to assure you that everything goes well without interruption.

Everything we provide is backed up with our own internal service department and manned by capable technicians who can provide in and out of warranty service for all the products we sell.

Unlike traditional run-of-the-mill cybercafes, PC rental locations are also connected to our core network via high-speed lines (NO DIALUPS). This means bandwidth intensive applications like VOIP, VCON and streaming video will work as if you were in our head office.

The Philippines is located in a region plagued by typhoons and torrential rains. And in most cases, during severe storms, power interruption is an accepted part of life to avert major catastrophe. We understand this and to ensure that our network remains online, each location we serve has its own power generation facility that can keep all our equipment running even though most of our customers may not have power.
